This kitset is engineered to High wind zone and <1.5kPa snow load, with bracing design (GIB EzyBrace wall bracing and roof strap bracing, to NASH Standard Part Two: May 2019) included — the bracing products themselves are supplied by others, and alternative bracing systems can be specified via a Specific Engineering Design (SED) at additional cost. Confirm your own site’s wind/snow zone and ground conditions with our team before ordering. The low 3° skillion roof pitch requires a trapezoid corrugated roofing profile rather than a standard corrugated profile — our team can talk you through the right option when you enquire. Our in-house design team can handle building consent documentation and amendments to suit steel framing, and the two-compartment layout — including door and window positions — can be customised to your requirements.

Engineering: An engineer’s PS1 is not included. It is available at additional cost on request, or you can use your own engineer.

Delivery & Installation

Frames are manufactured at our factory in Waimate for collection, or delivered free to your nearest Booths Logistics freight depot as a flat bundle pack for you to assemble on site. Pre-assembled frames are available at an additional freight cost, with frame-to-frame fixings provided. Freight costs are determined by your delivery location.
