This kitset is engineered for a High wind zone and a snow load of <1kPa. Bracing design is available for IBS Rigidrap-XT / GIB sheet bracing to walls and strap bracing to the roof — bracing products are supplied by others, and GIB bracing requires a thermal break. Slab foundation design is by others, or by SFML on request, and is not included in the price. Confirm your own site’s wind and snow zone and ground conditions with our team before ordering.

All window and door opening sizes on the plans are frame opening sizes, and SFML supplies frame-to-frame connections only unless other arrangements are made. We can also supply cladding and roofing at an additional cost — enquire with our team to see the options available. Through our in-house design team we can handle your building consent documentation and amendments of existing plans to suit steel framing if required, and each frame can be customised to fit your own steel framing and construction requirements.

Delivery & Installation

Frames are manufactured at our factory in Waimate for collection, or delivered free to your nearest Booths Logistics freight depot as a flat bundle pack for you to collect and assemble on site. Pre-assembled frames, ready to stand with frame-to-frame fixings provided, are available at an additional freight cost. Freight costs are determined by your delivery location.
