Refund Policy

  • Initial Payment: After Step 3: Acceptance, we issue an initial invoice for 50% of the total cost. This payment engages our detailer to begin the design process before manufacturing.
  • Cancellation: Clients have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of making the initial payment. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid minus the costs for the time our detailer has spent on the design.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days after the initial payment.
  • Final Payment: Once manufacturing is complete, we will send a final invoice. This payment must be made in full before the order leaves our yard for delivery.

Return Policy

  • No Returns After 7 Days: We do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of the first payment.
  • Damaged Goods: If any steel frame panel is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement stud within 5 days of notification.
  • No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any orders.
